The place was nice, cozy and the hot chocolate was good. I would give it 5 stars if the lady there was a bit more inviting!

Best grilled chicken we have ever tasted, one in a club sandwich, and the other in a delicious salad. Great location next to Le Petit Train de Nord, with outside terrace too.

Excellent soups! Good selection. About $ 50, tip included, for dinner for two. We had two soups. The Moroccan one with chickpeas, couscous and merguez. The other with lentils, bacon and pesto cream. Tasty. Large portions. Fine sliced ​​and grilled buns. The paper menus between plastic sheets and the decor are not quite well finished, leave a little to be desired. But they do renovations so it may be temporary. Frankly delicious and at a good price.

We were served a poke bowl without rice, serious no? ! . The problem is that we were not even informed. It was after our remark that the waitress informed us that the restaurant was out of stock. Imagine, out of stock of rice for a half Asian card.

We visited the new hopscotch bistro and we loved this restaurant. Excellent menu and very friendly service. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. We had the poke bowl with chicken, shrimp, beef and beef tartare. Everything was excellent!

This place is now run by chef Frack le Cunff. The menu is fusion cuisine with salads, tartars, and some Mexican preparations. For the non-adventurous there's a sandwich with Black Forest ham. The desert was a pleasant surprise bunches of crisp noodle sticks surrounded by delicious Quebec strawberries and dark chocolate sauce. The menu describes the history of this dish, originally Chinese, taken by the Portugese who replaced salt by sugar. At the moment the menu is inspired by California, Asia, and Hawaii.Next, there will be dishes from Louisiana. The place opened only three months ago. It seems to be popular already. If you do not take the desert the meal is quite affordable. The service is friendly and efficient. There is a special place to park your bike. Otherwise some spots on the street. And a parking lot at the back of the building. The terrace is a godsend on a summer day. All together a nice experience.

A friendly bistro / cafe in the heart of Bal-David. The espresso is delicious and we eat there from morning until late afternoon.The staff is particularly attentive and concerned about the small details. A stop strongly suggested for a break or a snack 😋!

Very friendly, good meals, well located. The waitress even gave the dogs water without being asked.

My friend and I had a delicious lunch of tacos and fries here the other day. Service was quick and pleasant, tacos were tasty, and fries were nice and crispy. A real delight at a reasonable price, and a great way to end a ride on the Petit Train du Nord.
